Our Service:
Our passion is to help Australian Seniors stay independent and mobile in their homes and communities for longer.
Our focus is on a restorative approach that ensures wellness and enablement. We work with our seniors to optimize their function in order for them to achieve their personal care needs and continue to enjoy life and participate within the community.
We provide transition care designed to improve the independence of Australian Seniors and improving their confidence mobility and independence after a hospital stay.
We also provide podiatry for seniors experiencing reverse and or slow function decline and strive to improve their well being to prevent further disability. For example palliative foot care to prevent foot ulceration, monitoring for complications associated with reduced movement, identifying and treating pressure injuries for less mobile and bed bound individuals..
